Every valet completes classroom and on-site training before their first shift, and represents your property in a uniform that matches your standards.

On-site leadership

A dedicated site leader runs each operation, coaches the team, and answers to you.

Managers on duty, day and night

A mobile Manager on Duty visits every operation several times a day and into the night, checking coverage, service standards, and appearance, and stepping in the moment something needs attention.

Text-to-retrieve technology

Guests request their vehicle by text and receive a notification when it’s ready at the curb. No ticket, no line, no waiting at the stand.

Door and luggage service

At hotel and residential properties, our team opens doors, assists with luggage, and coordinates with your front desk and bell staff.

Staffing built around your traffic

Coverage is modeled to your arrival patterns, occupancy, and event calendar, so guests never wait and you never pay for idle hours.

Vehicle care and accountability

Every vehicle is inspected and documented at intake. Keys are controlled at all times. If something happens, we own it and resolve it.

Full insurance coverage

All vehicles we operate are protected under our $10 million liability program, with Citrin as the primary insured.
